No. we do not accept reservations. You can come anytime of the day we are open. You will will not be playing the game alone, there will be other groups in there with you. Our slowest times are during meal times when others would be out eating. On especially busy days, (holdiays, weekends or rainy days) there might be a wait to enter.
Two years old and under are free. Strollers are not allowed in the realms.
Because the Wizard Quest experience encompasses a variety of experiences and obstacles, it appeals to and is best won by teams with a wide range of ages, excluding very young children. Parents with mostly young children are encouraged to choose the easiest quest. Older children will be engaged in puzzle-finding and riddle-solving. Our quests are also enjoyed by adults, young and older. We design our quests for adults, with children in mind. Wizard Quest is not meant to be scary. We are not a haunted house; we are geared towards families. However, it is dark in places and can be scary for very young children.
